Summary

Join our team as a Professional Services Team Leader and lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects and integration processes. You will manage the integration of third-party partner products and data into the client platform, providing technical consultancy and support to internal and external stakeholders. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of professional services engineers, overseeing partner onboarding operations, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve technical issues, and driving end-to-end technical projects. You will also act as a customer advocate, providing valuable input into product development and designing internal tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Professional Services or Technical Account Management team leader, preferably within an ad-tech industry
  • Strong understanding of internet and mobile technologies, including expertise in
  • REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, XML
  • Server to Server, Client to Server Integrations
  • Debugging tools such as Fiddler, Charles, Postman
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel to analyze large-scale data and write complex queries
  • Programming skills in Java/JS/Python/Fullstack development
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in remote and cross-functional environments
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professional services engineers accountable for a diverse range of products
  • Foster a high-performance culture by empowering your team, promoting growth, and supporting career development
  • Oversee all technical aspects of partner onboarding operations, including planning and managing successful launch and operational cycles
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across our products and services
  • Drive end-to-end technical projects by facilitating effective collaboration between different departments
  • Act as a customer advocate internally, working closely with product management, data, R&D, business, and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide valuable input into product development and prioritization based on partner feedback, business needs, and identified improvement opportunities
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal tools to enhance operational efficiency for the Professional Services team and other departments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of the Real Time Bidding programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, SDKs
  • Familiarity with Android and iOS platforms
  • Experience contributing to product improvement based on technical and operational insights
