Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration/Management or a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of international experience in Purchasing Administration

Responsibilities

  • Data entry/ data management (updating process, materials and costing of products)
  • Processing of purchasing orders and invoices
  • Email management and phone calls
  • Management of Supplier back orders on a monthly basis – Outstanding orders report to be saved weekly or bi-weekly
  • Follow up with corresponding supplier/s update
  • Generate reports
  • Up to date the delivery dates
  • Managing files for supplier price adjustments

Preferred Qualifications

Candidate with customer support experience are preferred
