Responsibilities

  • Checking with vendors regarding delivery ETAs and processing the information into our system
  • Receiving parts and warranties based on spreadsheets and vendor websites
  • Submitting RMA’s and maintaining the RMA queue/process
  • Creating purchase orders and buying product online when needed
  • Setting up part numbers
  • Data entry
  • Reviewing, responding to, and organizing a high-volume of purchasing emails
