Summary

Join Nagarro, a global digital product engineering company, as a Resource Manager. You will manage and develop our freelancer and supplier management, acting as the interface between project management and external resources. Ensure consistent resource processes while adhering to compliance guidelines. You'll be the primary contact for colleagues and external resources, supporting the team in administrative and organizational tasks. You will also take ownership of internal projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency. This role requires a commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, experience in procurement or purchasing, and fluency in German and English.

Requirements

• Have at least a commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification
• Have first professional experience in procurement or purchasing management in an agency or similar environment
• Be proactive, solution-oriented, and an amazing team player
• Possess strong time and self-management skills
• Have relevant knowledge in one or more similar solutions: MS Office and SAP
• Be fluent in German (C1) and English (B2)

Responsibilities

• Manage, administer, and further develop our freelancer and supplier management
• Act as the interface between project management and freelancers/suppliers, ensuring a consistent resource process in consideration of our compliance guidelines
• Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues, freelancers, and suppliers
• Support the team in all administrative and organizational activities
• Take on and take responsibility for your own internal projects to optimize processes and increase efficiency
• Manage Resource Management (requirements, procurement, and coordination)
