Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in Python development
• Proven experience leading a development team
• Expertise in Django for building scalable web applications
• Strong knowledge of Firebase for database management
• Familiarity with development tools such as IDEs (Idel or similar)
• Experience building and maintaining web applications using Python
• Advanced English
• Computer Science/Information Technology. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Python developers, providing mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance
• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using Python and Django
• Ensure code quality and best practices across all projects
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Oversee the integration of Firebase for database management
