Summary

Join Level Access, a leading SaaS accessibility company, as a highly motivated QA Analyst. You will be part of a SCRUM team, writing individual tests for new features, implementing test cases, retesting bug fixes, and performing regression testing. This role demands meticulous test case detailing, including pre-/post-conditions, edge/exception cases, and verification criteria. Effective communication of findings and a solid understanding of software testing techniques are essential. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle and work with Senior QA Analysts to maintain QA standard methodologies. Requirements

  • Strong organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and oral, is essential for this position
  • Ability to detail and troubleshoot errors
  • Proven grasp of test management software
  • Shown experience writing test cases
  • Experience with JavaScript debugging tools, such as Chrome developer tools
  • Basic queries to retrieve and verify data

Responsibilities

  • Work with multi-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Review and analyze functional requirements for assigned stories
  • Collaborate with Senior QA Analysts to write test cases and adhere to standard methodologies for QA
  • Estimate testing effort for stories
  • Implement test cases (manual) and analyze results
  • Build artifacts (screenshots, test data) to document/reproduce defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams using Jira
  • Help Software Engineers solve/reproduce issues
  • Perform accessibility & exploratory testing for assigned stories
  • Determine test scenarios to add to regression suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with accessibility and assistive technology testing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree, QA Certificate, or equivalent experience of 1 to 4 years is preferred
