Summary
Join Wealth.com, a leading estate planning platform, as a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst! You will play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance test cases. Responsibilities include functional, integration, smoke, regression, and user acceptance testing. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, manage the defect lifecycle, and identify potential user problems. Requirements
- Must be proactive, flexible, and able to adapt the QA processes to the critical needs of the product and development team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong observational skills. Analytical, organized, and detail oriented
- Ability to work well in a group setting with people of different disciplines API testing
- Strong understanding of existing Quality Assurance processes
- Awareness of existing and upcoming tools & technology with the ability to have a high degree of ownership
Responsibilities
- Plan, write and execute functional testing, integration testing, smoke testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing
- Implements, performs and documents assigned control reviews; performs and conducts testing based on detailed procedures and processes
- Identifies issues, exceptions and patterns, escalates to management for resolution and formally documents findings
- Identifies areas of risk and make recommendations on operational improvements, processes for compliance, quality assurance and any additional training essential to mitigate risk
- Analyze new product features and business requirements to create in depth test cases
- Testing case regression, verification, and ad hoc of newly implemented features
- Ability to manage the full life cycle of defects, from research to tracking to closing
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
- Collaborate daily with Product and Engineering to test
- Pull Request in staging then production
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred 3-5 years of experience
