QA Automation Specialist

Summary

Join our team as a QA Automation Specialist to help build Arc and Codementor! You will collaborate with various teams, lead projects, build processes, and serve as the go-to expert for operations. This full-time, remote role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with experience in automation and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM software and project management involving multiple stakeholders. Location should be within a 3-hour timezone difference of Taipei. The annual salary ranges from NT$700K to 1Mil.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a business, product, or sales operations role
• Native or near-native spoken and written English
• Experience with automation (low-code, no-code) tools and data analysis
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo)
• Experience owning projects that involve multiple stakeholders
• Great communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Own projects to automate processes by using off-the-shelf tools to eliminate repetitive tasks
• Maintain internal operations workflows and be the point of contact for updates and ad-hoc requests
• Communicate frequently with stakeholders to resolve issues and requests
• Maintain HubSpot CRM and integrate internal database/tools within different teams
• Work with product team to QA features in development and troubleshoot bugs
• Write SQL to analyze datasets and build dashboards
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive change that improves accuracy, scalability, and efficiency
• Research and apply new tools to improve existing processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working at a fast-paced software startup and cross-cultural team
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
