Summary

The job is for a QA Engineer with experience in web automation and mobile testing who will work in the Software Engineering department, reporting to the QA Director. The role involves designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, identifying and documenting bugs, collaborating with the development team, and staying updated with new testing tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality assurance with a focus on automation testing
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Appium)
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure consistent project execution
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and devops) to identify system requirements
• Monitor debugging process results
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks is advantageous
