QA Intern

Summary

Join Symplicity Brazil's QA team as an intern and contribute to our end-to-end solutions. Working closely with the U.S. team, you'll participate in an English development program. This role involves assisting the development team, supporting software testing and implementation, and handling support tickets. You'll need strong communication skills in English and a willingness to work in the Belo Horizonte office occasionally. Knowledge of manual testing and specific programming languages is a plus. Requirements

• Students from courses such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, IT Management, or related fields
• Personal skills: self-management, responsibility, friendliness, proactivity, creativity, and quick learning ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good communication skills in English for interaction with the team
• Willingness to go to the office when necessary in Savassi, Belo Horizonte, once a week or biweekly

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Development team in producing and maintaining our fully functional solutions
• Supporting the phases of software testing and implementation, helping with scenario creation and applying functional tests
• You will have daily contact with the U.S. team, where you will further develop your technical knowledge in English, so a good level of spoken English is required
• Handling support tickets – verbal or written – aiming for excellence in service and resolution of demands

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of manual testing, Cypress, Selenium, C#
• Knowledge of Backend (PHP, Javascript)
