Requirements
- Successfully completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification, or at least three years of relevant professional experience
- At least three years of professional experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with extensive knowledge of manual and automated testing, including 2-3 years of experience in test automation
- Very good knowledge of test automation with tools such as Selenium and experience in UI and API testing; programming skills, preferably in Java/Groovy
- Good knowledge of using test management systems and experience in agile working environments
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, solution orientation and high-quality awareness. Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Very good English skills (at least at level B2)
Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the specification of epics and user stories and the definition of criteria to ensure testability and quality in agile processes such as Scrum or Kanban
- Design, implement and execute automated tests using current frameworks such as Selenium and API tests to support continuous integration and delivery processes
- Be responsible for an efficient and flexible test process, including the creation and maintenance of test plans and monitoring of test progress
- Regularly provide feedback to the team and stakeholders on the results of test executions, interpret test results and monitor test coverage
- Coach team members to continuously improve testing skills and processes, as well as build test frameworks for special integrations and applications, e.g. MS Office and multi-window desktop applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with user testing is an advantage
- Knowledge of CI/CD platforms, especially GitLab, is an advantage
