Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in IT and/or web application testing
• Proficiency in automation and using automation tools to design and run automated test cases for functional and regression testing
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as Click Up, JIRA, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously identify issues
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Demonstrate fluency in both English and Lithuanian, aligning with team expectations

Responsibilities

• Test website performance and identify issues
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to improve test efficiency and ensure comprehensive coverage of web applications
• Document and track defects with clear bug reports
• Perform customer flow checks and functional/UI testing of landing pages
• Monitor and update the bug report sheet
• Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs and defects
• Conduct cross-browser/device testing and validate fixes
• Assist in creating and reviewing test cases
• Support regression and exploratory testing
• Contribute to process improvements and testing documentation
• Perform other tasks as assigned
