Join ElevenLabs, a leading research and product company in Audio AI, as a QA Tester & UX Researcher. This remote role, preferably within the GMT-5 to GMT+3 time zone, focuses on ensuring excellent user experience (UX) across all product aspects. You will test core product flows, identify UX issues, conduct user interviews, analyze session recordings, and propose solutions to the relevant team. The ideal candidate possesses a meticulous nature, a keen eye for UX/UI, and strong communication skills. • Meticulously and detail-oriented to consistently test and make our product great
• Possess a great eye for UX and UI
• Be a clear, concise communicator

Responsibilities

• Test core product flows and check for UX issues (including bugs)
• Run user interviews and watch session recordings
• Highlight issues and propose fixes (copy or UX changes) to the relevant team

Preferred Qualifications

• Already be a passionate user of ElevenLabs
• Possess design ability to help propose improvements
• Likely have a background in UX research, testing, product, or engineering
• Have run user interviews before
