Quality Assurance Automation Lead

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency with Typescript and NodeJS, and Python
• Proficiency with automation frameworks (WebdriverIO, Playwright, Selenium or similar)
• Updatestanding of CI/CD and continuous automation pipelines
• Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (GIT, JIRA, Qase)
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with load/stress testing frameworks and methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of automation testing tools, frameworks and processes for ensuring user experience and data quality across all product lines
• Work closely with multiple teams to identify areas that can benefit from automation and design software solutions accordingly
• Drive the software quality assurance life cycle within an Agile process
• Mentor and coach team members on best practices for automation development
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and practices
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and standards in automation and software development
