Quality Assurance Coordinator

Join Language Services Associates (LSA) as a Bilingual QA International Coordinator! This remote position offers administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA diagnostic processes. You will conduct quality evaluations of interpretation sessions, ensuring high-quality language access. Responsibilities include maintaining interpreter profiles, providing basic interpreter support, and collaborating with the QA team. Bilingualism (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) and interpreting experience are required. Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency
• Interpreting experience (minimum of 6 months)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 WPM or more
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line
• Provides administrative support for Quality Assurance evaluation processes
• Supports the Interpreter Network by resolving interpreter inquiries
• Reviews and updates profiles of existing and incoming interpreters
• Provides basic interpreter performance and client feedback
• Evaluates service quality through live call evaluations
• Collaborates with other QA Team Members on an as needed basis with departmental projects and initiatives
• Performs other duties as assigned
