Summary

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, business operations, or project management
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and workflow optimization
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies
- Experience with process improvement tools such as Visio (Process Mapping tools)
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Collect and analyze data to measure process effectiveness and track improvements
- Lead or support process improvement projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain documentation of improved processes, including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide training and guidance to teams on changes to internal processes and metrics
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process analysis tools and methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Certified Lean Practitioner, or other recognized credentials in Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excels in facilitating collaboration between diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proactively identifies and resolves issues to ensure timelines and objectives are met
- Thrives in a dynamic environment requiring adaptability and critical thinking
