Summary

The job is for a Quality Review Specialist-Expert who will work remotely for at least 12 months and review IT technical documents while managing software workflow and creating reports. The required qualifications are experience in managing reports for various software products, knowledge of the software lifecycle, SQL experience, and experience with reporting tools.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the software lifecycle and validating software artifacts per industry standards (Required, 4 Years)
• Experience in managing reports for software products like ServiceNow, Access, etc. (Required, 4 Years)
• Experience working with SQL in a relational database environment (like Access) (Required, 4 Years)
• Experience in managing reports for software and dashboards (Required, 4 Years)

Responsibilities

• Review IT technical documents
• Manage software workflow
• Create reports for various software products

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a Mainframe environment (TSO/ISPF/JCL/DB2/COBOL/Endevor)
• Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, SharePoint
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with Power BI
• Technical writing skills
