Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on software or AI engineering roles
- Proven success recruiting for mid-to-senior-level engineering positions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage with top-tier talent and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of software engineering and AI technologies to assess candidate qualifications
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers regarding candidate progress
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process
- Represent the company at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities
- Partner with marketing to create engaging content that showcases our culture and career opportunities
- Leverage social media to amplify the company employer brand
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics to advise on competitive hiring strategies
- Use data to optimize recruitment processes and improve outcomes
- Continuously refine recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
- Develop strategies to reduce time-to-hire while maintaining quality
- Familiarize yourself with the company's mission, values, and team structure
- Review and refine job descriptions for open software and AI engineering roles
- Begin sourcing candidates for high-priority roles, ensuring a focus on quality and speed
- Coordinate interviews for candidates in the pipeline and provide feedback to stakeholders
- Develop an initial recruitment plan to address short- and long-term hiring needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with recruiting for AI, machine learning, or data science roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, including salary benchmarks and market dynamics
