Quantitative User Experience Researcher

Summary

The role is for a Quantitative User Experience Researcher at Huckleberry Labs, where the employee will take ownership of behavior and survey data to uncover user motivations and attitudes. The role involves defining and prioritizing the quant research agenda, data analysis, persona development & segmentation, strategic storytelling, competitive analysis, and requires 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer insights or related fields.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in consumer insights, quantitative user experience (UX) research, market research, or a related field, focusing on quantitative methodologies
• Proven expertise in analyzing, synthesizing, and communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences to impact product, business, or design decisions
• Experience in developing buyer personas and conducting consumer segmentation
• Strong SQL skills
• Proficient in a statistical analysis tool e.g. R, STATA, or SPSS
• Fluent in various quantitative research methodologies including survey creation and analysis, and familiarity with qualitative methods
• Ability to develop and execute research projects end-to-end
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
