Questionnaire Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement questionnaires successfully under the supervision of the VP – Data Science
• Collaborate with project managers to prepare and set up questionnaires on our systems
• Debug logical conflicts and system errors to ensure the flawless functioning of our projects
• Enhance the overall analytical output by ensuring questionnaire quality
• Manage daily requests from various departments around the world, providing support and assistance

Preferred Qualifications

• Have previous experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Have previous experience with quality control processes
• Possess a genuine enthusiasm for the Luxury and Fashion industry
