Summary

Join Carrot, a leading global fertility and family-building healthcare platform, as their Proposal and Sales Enablement Specialist. Lead end-to-end proposal submissions across all business segments, from research to final submission. Write clear and persuasive proposal content, customizing it for each prospect while maintaining brand consistency. Lead content programming for the Sales Enablement team, including sales support, collateral development, and internal communications. Support the growth of this fast-growing, mission-driven organization. This hybrid role involves approximately 75% proposal work and 25% Sales Enablement initiatives, with occasional travel for in-person training. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter with experience in sales, marketing, or project management within the healthcare benefits industry.

Requirements

  • Obtain a Bachelorโ€™s degree
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leading meetings and owning projects
  • Be detail-oriented with excellent editing and proofreading skills
  • Have experience in the healthcare benefits industry
  • Possess project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be a self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and propose innovative solutions
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and be capable of adjusting their approach to meet evolving needs

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end proposal submissions across all business segments, from initial research to project management and content gathering to final submission
  • Write clear, concise, and persuasive content for proposals, focusing on the value proposition, benefits, and solutions our organization can offer
  • Customize proposals to suit each prospectโ€™s unique needs and preferences while maintaining brand consistency
  • Lead content programming for the Sales Enablement team, which may include sales support for presentations, collateral development, and internal communications
  • Implement and manage processes to ensure accurate, quality responses to RFPs, RFIs, vendor profile systems, and sales-related questionnaires
  • Create and maintain content for an internal knowledge base that houses data organized by the needs of each customer type, and ensures alignment across the organization
  • Communicate and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Play an active role in planning, developing session content, and executing Commercial Kickoff (CKO) and Sales Summit training programs, coordinating logistics, supporting training delivery, and ensuring alignment with established sales processes and operational best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have previous experience with a proposal management software
  • Have 2+ years experience in a marketing or sales environment
  • Have previous experience in a writing or project management-focused role
  • Have proven experience in a remote-based environment
