Summary

Spectrum Billing Solutions is hiring a RCM Client Success Manager with at least 3 years of client relationship management or business development experience. The role involves fostering strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client communications, maintaining an understanding of RCM functions and workflows, identifying clients' needs and opportunities for improvement, participating in presentations to prospective clients, managing new client implementations, attending company-wide and team-specific meetings, and participating in marketing and business development strategy. Requirements

3+ years of client relationship management and/or business development experience

Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop strong client relationships
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client communications
  • Work cohesively with internal Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team
  • Maintain understanding of RCM functions and workflows
  • Serve as client partner and liaison while effectively collaborating with team members
  • Identify needs of clients and opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in presentations to prospective clients
  • Manage new client implementations
  • Attend company-wide and team-specific meetings
  • Participate in marketing and business development strategy

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare and RCM experience preferred
