The job is for a RCM/Billing Education and Training Specialist at Prompt, a fast-growing healthcare technology company. The role involves creating video and written training content for the Prompt University and Help Center Knowledge Base to assist users in learning how to use the Prompt platform effectively. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of billing experience in an outpatient therapy practice or EMR industry, professional experience conducting large team training with RCM staff, and created and recorded training videos in the past.

Requirements

• Must have 2+ years experience billing in an outpatient therapy practice and/or in the EMR industry
• Must have professional experience conducting large team training with RCM staff
• Must have created and recorded training videos in the past

Responsibilities

• Own the creation of video training courses, lessons and associated written materials for Prompt U Beginner Billing Course, Prompt U Advanced Billing Course, Prompt U Billing 101, Prompt U Release Videos and Maintenance
• Assist the Educational Content team in creating both video and written content for Prompt University video courses and knowledge base articles
