Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant role, including 2+ years supporting a Vice President or higher
- Demonstrated experience planning large, complex events internally and externally
- Outstanding organizational and exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Quip
- High sense of urgency and follow-up; capable of handling tasks with competing urgency
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to two senior leaders within Axonโs R&D organization, including managing and organizing calendars, coordinating travel, and aligning meetings with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential matters while engaging with senior-level contacts internally and externally, resolving scheduling conflicts proactively to optimize executives' time
- Ensure meeting preparedness by securing materials in advance and anticipating requirements, including venue selection, technology setup, and guest access
- Manage communications and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff and other R&D Executive Assistants on strategic initiatives and manage leadership team expenses
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives in Engineering or related STEM fields
- Experience collaborating with Chief's of Staff
- Bachelorโs Degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
- Ability to work autonomously and flexibility to be onsite as needed for events
