R&D Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large programs & initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch
• Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, bringing remote teams together spanning different time zones to champion collaboration, improve decision-making, and deliver value
• Lead program communications with key partners at all levels across the company to enable visibility and timely information sharing
• Anticipate and mitigate risk by conducting assessments across the program to determine if the implementation plans meet requirements and will achieve strategic objectives
• Act as a primary escalation path for any program-related issues for assigned projects and initiatives
• Create and improve product and technical operations so that programs and teams operate efficiently
• Demonstrate proficiency in leveraging technological solutions such as Jira, Confluence, and others to streamline workflows and enhance program and team efficiency

• Your total budgeted cash compensation for this role is between $124,000 and $178,000 USD, depending on your current skills, experience, training, and overall market demands. This range is subject to change, and there is always room for growth and advancement
