Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and track record in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills with a neutral accent
• Friendly, personable demeanor with a strong ability to build rapport
• Hard-working, driven, and organized, with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and self-starter mentality
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Podio and experience using a smartphone/dialer system
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Answer warm inbound calls from potential sellers interested in selling their properties
• Organize and manage leads and customer information using a CRM system (e.g., Podio CRM)
• Build and maintain relationships with potential sellers, guiding them through the selling process
• Schedule appointments for property assessments or consultations with potential sellers
• Coordinate and confirm appointments for property assessments or consultations
• Communicate and present offers to potential sellers, emphasizing the benefits of selling directly to Sell Pittsburgh Now
• Manage all client-facing communication to ensure a smooth, positive, and seamless sales process
