Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and managing email communication and scheduling
• Provide client concierge support, connecting clients with vendors to ensure a seamless experience
• Use RELA to create property websites and HighNote for polished listing presentations
• Manage email campaigns using Flodesk to maintain and nurture client relationships
• Maintain and update Google My Business listings to boost online presence
• Support general administrative tasks to ensure efficient team operations
