Real Time Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Real Time Analyst at Sezzle, a fintech company based in Colombia (remote). The role involves managing service level agreements and creating reports to meet expectations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as an RTA, attention to detail, VBA macros knowledge, extensive knowledge of Zendesk or similar CMS, ability to create reports and forecast results, multitasking skills, previous call center and Work Force Management experience, initiative, positive attitude, good time management, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an RTA
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• VBA macros a plus
• Extensive knowledge of Zendesk or similar CMS
• Ability to create reports ind forecast results
• Ability to multitask
• Previous call center experience required
• Previous Work Force Management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the call volume, daily attendance and program break schedules
• Assist with creation of metrics and targets to meet service level expectations
• Work closely with the leadership team to analyze and help improve processes and results
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Use trends and reports to forecast needs and assess productivity
• Assist with projects and other duties as requested or assigned
