Requirements
- Relevant work experience: 2+ years of demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment preferably in brokerage operations, Fintech, Crypto, Financial Institutions or other operations roles in related fields

Responsibilities
- Foster accountability and ensure accuracy by preparing reconciliations, investigating variances, and documenting their resolution
- Take ownership of process excellence by identifying and initiating proactive improvements to our reconciliation workflows
- Drive collaborative problem-solving with Finance, Data & Reconciliation teams to address deviations between expected outcomes and actual results
- Champion impactful project outcomes by independently owning problem-solving for distinct Crypto Product Ops initiatives and engaging leadership and stakeholders to move solutions forward
- Ensure seamless communication and alignment across internal stakeholders, external vendors, regulators, and auditors
- Cultivate expertise and elevate team knowledge by becoming a subject matter expert and supporting associates, specialists, and partners to level up collectively
- Optimize our Ecosystem
- Find opportunities to strengthen our internal controls, reduce any weaknesses/risks, and help scale processes within our product operations team
- Collaborate with external teams to ensure our key processes & controls are supporting our stakeholders and their deliverables
- Work closely with our Compliance & Finance teams to ensure our processes, controls, and reporting are adhering to regulatory standards (i.e CIRO, OSC)
Preferred Qualifications
- Crypto experience is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter most!
- Proficiency in SQL, General Ledgers, and Reconciliations is highly valued. Familiarity with other systems or the ability to craft queries and develop simple automations is an added advantage
