As the Reconciliation Team Leader, you'll oversee and manage a team of outsourced employees to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions. You'll lead reconciliation-related projects, conduct data analysis, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience working in a FinTech or financial services company
• Proven experience leading and managing teams, preferably in an outsourced environment
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and build relationships
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced functions

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of outsourced employees to achieve reconciliation objectives
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
• Ensure adherence to team standards, procedures, and deadlines
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Banking Operations, Product, Payment Review) to streamline reconciliation processes
• Lead reconciliation-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project goals
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, allocate resources, and monitor progress
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing reconciliation findings
