You will match data between internal systems and bank statements, identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with other teams. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports and participating in process automation. The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of experience in payment systems and a strong understanding of payment transaction processing.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in payment systems, fintech, or banking
  • Strong understanding of payment transaction processing principles
  • Hands-on experience with reconciliation involving payment providers, banks, and internal systems
  • Knowledge of payment infrastructure and cash flow principles
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data, identify errors, and analyze discrepancies
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, structured thinking, and a systematic approach
  • Financial education (the profile of Economics, accounting, financial analytics, and business administration is suitable)

Responsibilities

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of transactions across all payment channels (acquiring, payouts, P2P, refunds, chargebacks)
  • Matching data between internal accounting systems and bank statements
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving discrepancies
  • Collaborating with the account and support teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues
  • Preparing financial reports based on reconciliation results
  • Participating in the automation and optimization of reconciliation processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in fintech or banking
  • Skills in SQL or BI tools
  • Understanding of acquiring, chargeback processes, and payment provider operations
  • Experience working with PSPs and banks
