AP Accountant

Summary

Join Couchbase as a temporary, remote Accounts Payable Specialist for a six-month assignment (with potential extension). You will play a key role in global invoice processing, vendor account reconciliation, and managing the AP shared inbox. Responsibilities include processing weekly payments, ensuring invoice payment application, assisting with month-end close, and handling ad-hoc reporting requests. This role requires experience with Coupa and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

• Global invoice processing - Receiving, verifying, and processing vendor invoices in Coupa
• Reconciling vendor accounts. Review statements and ensure all invoices and credits are processed and applied
• Manage the AP Shared Inbox. This includes being the point of contact for all vendor communications and invoice receiving
• Weekly payment run processing. Prepare payment proposals for review and approval
• Payment application and reconciliation. Ensure all invoices are marked as paid
• Assist with month-end close process
• Ad hoc reporting requests as needed
