This role requires a college degree or 5+ years of experience in collections and recoveries, along with 4+ years of management experience. Requirements

  • College Degree or higher and/or 5 yrs of previous experience in Collections and Recoveries
  • Management experience - 4+ yrs
  • Strong Stakeholder Management with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with strong active listening and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, mathematical/technical, critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • With very High attention to details
  • Highly self motivated with strong emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work set up
  • Strong and stable internet connection

Responsibilities

  • Manage the functional processes and deliverables of the Collections & Recoveries Function including but not limited to; development, implementation and execution of procedures and methods in monitoring daily work activities of assigned segments
  • Analyzing trends of performance for assigned functions while ensuring appropriate levels of resource and cost needs or budget/cost reduction
  • Develop, monitor, and regularly report KPIs and metrics for assigned Functions to support strategic actions to meet/exceed OKRs
  • Collect, analyze and present strategic financial information and execute strategic plans to the Department Head to achieve goals and KPIs related to Collections & Recoveries
  • Set strategic direction to Collection & Recoveries Function to create, establish and execute policies and procedures to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of the whole functions
  • Strong Stakeholder Management by working effectively with cross-functional teams, external clients on the development of solutions in the areas of Collections & Recoveries, account compliance processes, and B2C processes
  • Serves as customer escalation and resolution point of contact for Collections concerns and disputes
