Summary

Join our international Talent Sourcing Team at AUTO1 Group as a Recruiter (Active Sourcing) and be responsible for finding top talent and building a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs, particularly in production and purchasing. Develop creative ideas for directly contacting mechanics and buyers, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed. Explore new tools and proactively contact candidates via phone and email. Conduct independent research projects to find innovative ways to attract candidates. Build long-term relationships with internal and external partners to maintain a robust talent pool. This 100% remote position offers flexible hours and a supportive, international work environment.

Requirements

• Ideally, you have initial experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or research, project management or customer service
• You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• You have a proactive nature and work in a solution-oriented manner
• Your quick comprehension and the desire to further develop and learn more about sourcing tools and techniques round off your profile

Responsibilities

• Be part of our international Talent Sourcing Team and work on recruiting projects to find the best talent for the AUTO1 Group
• Develop creative ideas for the direct approach of mechanics and purchasers and use platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed etc
• Beyond the classic direct approach, you regularly try out new tools and do not shy away from proactively contacting candidates by phone and in writing
• Independently take on research projects and find innovative ways to win over and address candidates
• Ensure a strong talent pool for current and future staffing needs by building long-term relationships with internal and external partners
