Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

Join BH Properties, a commercial real estate investment firm, as a Recruiting Coordinator providing virtual support from the Philippines. You will maintain the candidate database, source new employees, screen applicants, coordinate with hiring managers, assist with onboarding and time and attendance reconciliation, and create daily reports. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with Latin Honors and at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent communication skills are essential. The position offers a generous consulting fee and benefits package, along with opportunities for development and stability within a growing firm. Work hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Latin Honors (cum laude or higher)
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience
• Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites
• Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
• Must possess strong work ethic
• Must be a team player

Responsibilities

• Maintain candidate database in JazzHR
• Source new employees through job search or recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn
• Screen and guide applicants through company recruitment process
• Coordinate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs
• Assist with onboarding of new employees
• Assist with reconciling employee time and attendance on Paychex
• Compose daily recruiting activity reports
• Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office
