Summary
Join Jooble, a global technology company, as a B2B Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for creating and testing marketing content, including email campaigns, paid advertising, sales materials, and lead generation activities. This role requires 2+ years of B2B marketing experience with digital products or services, proficiency in English and Ukrainian, and experience with lead generation and content marketing. Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B marketing with digital products or services
- English at B2+ level (spoken and written)
- Ukrainian proficiency level: Upper Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
- Experience with lead generation and content marketing
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Sendpulse, Stripo)
- Basic skills with content management systems (Webflow or WordPress)
- Ability to explain tasks clearly to others
- Experience using Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Basic Figma skills to work with existing templates
Responsibilities
- Research partners and competitors to understand market trends
- Track industry developments in the job search market
- Compare our solutions with platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ZipRecruiter
- Create marketing materials with other teams
- Build email marketing campaigns
- Develop content for lead generation funnels
- Overview the creation of sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers)
- Help run marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Coordinate email marketing automation
- Assist with events and marketing experiments
- Track how well marketing efforts are working
- Report on campaign performance
- Use data to improve future marketing activities
Preferred Qualifications
- German or French language skills (big advantage!)
- Experience with digital advertising (Meta, LinkedIn)
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar)
- Background in SaaS marketing
