Summary

Join CreativeX as a Recruiter and take ownership of our talent acquisition efforts. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying qualified candidates to extending offers. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and proactively source top talent through various channels. Screen candidates, manage the interview pipeline, and ensure compliance with labor laws. This role requires proven success in recruitment, a results-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from role opening to offer
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs
• Proactively source high quality candidates through multiple channels
• Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline of candidates through the interview process
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with local labor laws
