Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in the aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
  • Familiarity with aerospace-specific roles such as aerospace engineers, avionics specialists, production technicians, and other related technical positions
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong proficiency in online sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and hiring managers
  • English is a must for the position

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and engage top talent for aerospace-related positions
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, databases, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates for aerospace roles
  • Leverage advanced search techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, etc.) to uncover passive talent
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future aerospace positions
  • Reach out to qualified candidates via email, phone, or social media to introduce job opportunities and gauge interest
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-potential candidates to create long-term interest in the organization
  • Conduct initial reach out to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for aerospace roles
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and organizational needs
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations, and industry trends
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of candidates for future aerospace roles
  • Track and manage candidate interactions and progress in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
