Summary

Join GoFundMe and Classy as a Contract Recruiter! This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for non-technical positions, primarily in sales, customer care, customer experience, and marketing across various global offices. You will partner with hiring managers, develop recruiting strategies, manage the hiring process, and build a diverse candidate pool. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in software companies, proven success in hiring G&A, marketing, and customer support roles, and strong project management skills. This is a remote contract position with an hourly pay rate of $40.00-$60.00, and benefits are not included.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for software companies in an agency or in-house environment
  • Have proven experience hiring G&A, marketing, and customer support roles
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify, engage and close candidates with a variety of experience and skills (including leadership positions)
  • Be a team member who is innovative, empathetic and constantly looking for new ways to find top talent and reach underrepresented communities
  • Possess the ability to prioritize, multitask, lead and have an appetite to roll up your sleeves and contribute to the recruiting process
  • Have strong project management skills
  • Have a successful track record of filling a high volume amount of positions in a high growth environment, and have the data to prove it
  • Possess the ability to interface and guide Senior Leadership
  • Have an understanding of (and ability to run) search and placement metrics to continually improve the recruiting process
  • Possess the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Have a proactive and accountable mindset
  • Have experience using an ATS system (Greenhouse preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting working on a variety of roles in sales, customer care, customer experience, and marketing
  • Focus on “high volume” recruiting for sales or customer support roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and their teams to understand hiring needs, create unique strategies, guide them through the process, and report on market findings and recommendations
  • Lead the full cycle recruiting process from job requirement approval to close
  • Partner with the talent acquisition team and surrounding departments to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Build a strong diverse candidate pool and have experience recruiting on specialized diversity initiatives
  • Locate and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques
  • Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters
  • Prioritize and project manage to specific hiring dates and goals
  • Report out on sourcing & screening metrics, industry findings, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Have sales recruiting experience in a software, SaaS or internet organization
