Summary

Join Impact Media as a Recruitment Coordinator for a project-based contract role! This part-time, remote position requires 20-35 hours per week for approximately two months, with potential extension. You will manage the hiring process for key roles, source and screen applicants, manage communications, and provide weekly progress reports to senior leadership. The ideal candidate possesses strong recruitment experience, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. Compensation is $40-50 per hour. Requirements

• Proven experience in Media and Startup recruitment and talent acquisition
• Deep understanding of creating and executing an inclusive and equitable hiring process (DEI program experience is a plus)
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively and quickly
• Must have LinkedIn Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Identify and source star applicants based on the team's goals
• Review all incoming applications
• Conduct phone screenings with top candidates
• Manage the hiring process within Workable, partnering closely with Impact's senior leadership with speed
• Oversee all communications with candidates up until the offer letter stage
• Provide weekly progress updates on all roles to senior leadership via Slack
• Include open role metric updates in weekly reports
