Summary

Join Wealthsimple, Canada's largest fintech company, as a recruiter for a 1-year contract supporting various divisions. You will manage a high-volume recruitment process, collaborate with hiring leaders, set a fast hiring pace while maintaining high quality, and contribute to a positive hiring culture. This role requires 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment, and the ability to identify process improvements using data. • Work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume recruitment process across the company
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand headcount plans, identify unmet hiring needs, and enable potential hiring solutions that optimize for speed and quality
• Set a fast pace of hiring, while maintaining a high quality bar for the candidate and interviewer experience
• Help elevate the hiring culture at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture
• Identify and articulate improvements in the hiring process to internal teams and stakeholders using targeted recruitment data
