Requirements
- 3+ year track record in recruiting, preferably roles in a high-growth environment
- Work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume recruitment process across the company
- Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand headcount plans, identify unmet hiring needs, and enable potential hiring solutions that optimize for speed and quality
- Set a fast pace of hiring, while maintaining a high quality bar for the candidate and interviewer experience
- Help elevate the hiring culture at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture
- Identify and articulate improvements in the hiring process to internal teams and stakeholders using targeted recruitment data
