Requirements

• 8+ years of agency and in-house recruitment experience
• Demonstrated GTM recruitment experience with high-level collaboration with hiring teams
• High-velocity recruitment experience for a next-generation tech startup
• Experience hiring across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, with depth in hiring Enterprise Account Executives

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting strategy and execution
• Manage the recruiting process

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, from defining job descriptions and sourcing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires
