Requirements

  • +4 years of recruitment experience
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex recruitment processes, delivering high-quality hires in competitive markets
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment, using innovative methods to identify and attract top talent
  • Strong negotiation and offer management skills, ensuring smooth transitions from candidate interest to hire
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders and candidates
  • Proven ability to work within an established framework, driving recruitment strategies to meet project goals
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders
  • Experience setting up and managing ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever, with a track record of implementing efficient workflows

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process with autonomy and expertise, including technical, non-technical, and operational positions
