Summary
Join LiveFlow, a company building the next-generation accounting and finance platform, as a Recruiter. You will work closely with the founding and engineering teams to recruit top product and engineering talent. Responsibilities include managing the entire recruiting cycle, from writing job descriptions to onboarding new hires. You will proactively source candidates, conduct talent research, and act as a brand ambassador. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of in-house recruiting experience, a relentless drive, and a passion for finding the perfect candidates. This role reports to the CEO and works closely with the CTO and engineering team. Responsibilities
- Owning the hiring process from sourcing to closing on a variety roles, with a focus on product and engineering roles
- Working with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, adapting to the changing needs of the business as necessary
- Proactively sourcing potential candidates via various hiring platforms and crafting personalized, targeted outreach
- Conducting talent research - market mapping, compensation data, candidate trends, etc
- Acting as a brand ambassador for LiveFlow - ensuring a stellar candidate experience from your first interaction
