Summary

Join Bainbridge, a premier financial services firm, as a part-time Recruiting Administrator. This remote position offers a flexible schedule (10-20 hours/week) and the opportunity to support all recruitment activities. You will manage calendars, coordinate communications, track activities, prepare reports, and assist with job postings. The ideal candidate possesses prior recruiting coordination experience, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. A bonus is available based on individual performance.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition coordination, or HR support
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present the company professionally and effectively to internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and general office tools
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Flexible attitude, with the ability to pivot as priorities shift
  • A polished and professional demeanor
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in our industry

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the central point of contact for scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating candidate communications
  • Monitor and track recruiting activities and timelines to ensure a smooth and timely execution
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and processes
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on recruiting metrics, status, updates, and pipeline health
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions to internal and external job boards
  • Ensure interview processes and documentation comply with company policies and relevant employment laws
  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for select roles
  • Assist with related HR initiatives, as needed
