Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in healthcare IT with a focus on Epic, Data & Analytics, Cerner, ERP and more
- Action oriented - Embracing new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Communicates effectively - Develops and delivers written and verbal communication that conveys clear understanding of different audiences and their levels of comprehension; active listener to ensure clear understanding
- Customer focus - Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, interview and evaluate candidates for temporary, contract and contract-to-hire opportunities
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates
- Review and understand technical job requirements and technical skills
- Review, reformat and present resumes to meet client expectations
- Develop strategies designed to qualify candidates through various tools or network
- Negotiate pay rates with consultants through various tools or network
- Meet with candidates in person, telephone or video conference to assess qualifications
