Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations roles within high-growth organizations
- Proficiency in using and optimizing Application Tracking Systems to manage workflows (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Source & recruit candidates by using communities, networks, databases, social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc
- Screen & interview candidates to assess knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitude, as well as alignment with our company culture and values
- Manage the candidate experience & maintain highly responsive communication with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process
