Summary

Binance is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to help with their global expansion. This is a full-time remote contract position for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The candidate should have previous experience in recruitment coordination or be a fresh graduate with a diploma in HR or related fields. Responsibilities include interview coordination and scheduling, recruitment event support, maintaining recruitment information, and new hire onboarding. Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination is a big plus
• Fresh graduates with at least a diploma in HR or related fields of studies are encouraged to apply
• Team player with an ability to effectively communicate with candidates and internal partners
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requirements and navigate well in a fast-paced environment
• Project management experience is ideal to have
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Responsible for interviews coordination and scheduling with candidates across different regions
• Support coordination of recruitment events with internal business partners as and when required
• Ensure a seamless end to end experience for candidates, hiring teams and recruiters by serving as logistics liaison
• Ensure maintenance and updating of recruitment information on our recruitment ATS
• Assist with new hire onboarding - preparation of necessary paperwork, sending out of offer letters and scheduling of programs etc
