Summary

Emerge Talent Cloud is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiting Coordinator for a remote, part-time contract role. The candidate will source, screen, and schedule candidates for technical assessments while maintaining accurate records in the ATS. Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, tech savviness, comfort with remote work, and interpersonal skills are required.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the tech industry
• Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, job boards)
• Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively in a remote environment
• Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to build relationships with candidates and team members

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels
• Screening Candidates: Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Scheduling Assessments: Coordinate with candidates and the Senior Technical Recruiter to schedule technical assessments and interviews
• Candidate Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Technical Recruiter to understand hiring needs and provide support as required
