Recruiting Team Lead

Summary

Join our Healthcare POD as a Team Leader, acting as a liaison between Project Management and Recruiters. You will be responsible for answering screener questions, providing sample support, and driving quality and production within the recruitment team. Oversee multiple recruiters, monitor calls, and provide performance feedback. Ensure timely project implementation and daily review of call center production to meet team goals. Maintain strong communication with management and provide necessary performance feedback. A full understanding of SAMs, Sago platforms, and the project process is crucial. Monitor team channels, manage daily reports, and provide resources for rescreening. This is a remote, full-time, non-exempt position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 6 months- 1 year experience in a call center/customer service environment
• Microsoft Office/Computer Literate

Responsibilities

• Oversees multiple recruiters
• Monitor calls on a regular basis and provide performance feedback
• Ensures timely implementation of assigned projects
• Review Call Center Production daily to ensure team members are meeting goals
• Monitor recruitment throughout the day to ensure recruiters have tools needed to be successful and productive
• Maintain strong communication with both Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Supervisor around active projects
• Provide performance feedback as necessary
• Able to effectively brief recruiters on studies
• Have a full understanding of SAMs and other Sago platforms
• Have a full understanding of the project process and how recruiting impacts a project
• Monitor Teams Channels and review quotas for sample support
• Daily report management to provide resources for rescreening

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years hospitality or management experience a plus
